Shopping with Just Pets Ireland

Just Pets Ireland is an independent Irish pet shop. Contact us at info@justpets.ie for product questions, order support and returns. Prices are shown in euro. Available products are sold as one-off purchases; new subscriptions are not currently offered.

Delivery & payment

Delivery is available across Ireland and costs €4.99 per order. Your delivery charge and total are displayed before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Just Pets Ireland does not receive or store your full card details. Please contact us for current dispatch times before placing a time-sensitive order.

Returns & your rights

For eligible online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and a further 14 days to return them after notifying us. Contact us before returning an item. You normally pay return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect. Exceptions may apply to perishable goods and sealed hygiene goods once unsealed. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Rabbit enquiries

Our rabbit profiles are an occasional hobby showcase. There are no live-animal purchases, prices or reservations on this site. Please email Emma with enquiries.

Your personal information

When you place an order, the information needed to fulfil it includes your name, email, delivery address, purchased items and payment status. We use it for order fulfilment, customer support and applicable legal obligations. Stripe processes payment information, and Lovable Cloud hosts the site and order records. Delivery information may be shared with the carrier fulfilling your order.

Storage & cookies

Your shopping bag is stored on your device so it survives visits. Essential sign-in storage is used for the shop owner’s editing tools. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for secure payment and fraud prevention. This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies.

Your data rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@justpets.ie. Order records are kept only as needed for fulfilment and legal obligations. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
